I have an assignment regarding Project Risk Management. The project is a future wedding plan designed on MS-Project. It has to include tasks and relevant resources, levelling and crashing activities.
More specifically, it has to include
a. the project scope (work breakdown, structure)
b. the project plan (network diagram, Gannt Chart)
c. Budgeting information
d. Risk analysis and recomend risk management strategy
e. a discussion of communication issues, leadership, teamwork, stakeholder analysis.
Required 2 files: A MS-Project file and a report in MS-Word.
